Charming Movers

Charming movers has been a godsend to us. We moved from DC to Florida under strict time constraints. Cheri the owner , gave us a true quote, a strategy for our move to decrease my anxiety and stress and was able to move our family, seamlessly and timely to our new home. The movers were courteous and kind. Showed great care and showed up when they were supposed to. Thank you for our five star service!

I would recommend Charming Movers because Cheri (owner) really cares about the customers concerns and personal items. She reassured the owner of the company that I work for that her expensive and personal belongings would be handled with care. She also stated that every box would have a picture on the outside of it to make it easier when a particular item (s) was needed out of storage. All of the movers were very professional, friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. Omar (1 of the movers) played Jamaican music during their entire packing & moving process and it was quite delightful. This company packed everything, labeled each box with a picture of its contents (which I love) and actually moved it to our storage unit. Very efficient. My husband and I used Charming Movers for our move from Rockville to our new home. This is the first time we've ever hired movers and it was a wonderful experience. We needed them to move furniture and boxes from our home plus a full room at a rented storage space. The customer service was quick and responsive, and it was easy to set up our move. The movers themselves were fantastic. They were efficient and quick but careful with our belongings. In addition they were so friendly and easy-going and made the whole process stress-free. We had some extra furniture and heavy boxes at the new house that ended up needing to be moved around, and the crew happily obliged without batting an eye. We'd definitely recommend them for any Moco move and would use them in the future!

Charming Movers was there for me in a time of need! I had to relocate on very short notice, and move a ton of furniture and belongings out of my 5 bedroom home and into short-term storage. When I called around to get quotes, only a couple of companies could accommodate the move date. Additionally, Charming Movers offered the packing and storage services I needed. The crew was both friendly and very professional...they showed up on-time...completed the move as scheduled, and handled my belongings with care. What I enjoyed the most was the time they took upfront to understand my situation, and the peace of mind I felt when they gave me a firm quote, as opposed to the "estimates" I received from competitors. My overall experience was excellent, and I'd definitely recommend Charming Movers when moving into your new home!
