I had an outstanding experience working with Afi. She went above and beyond to help our family secure a home. Her patience with both the seller and my family made the process smooth even though it wasnt easy all the time throughout the process. She was always available when needed, she provided guidance that encouraged us not to give up, even when we felt it was time to let go. I had a terrible experience working with Afi to rent my home, which was unfortunate, considering I sought her out to be my realtor when I was ready to begin the process. Afi lacked the experience of a seasoned realtor that would've made the rental process smoother. There were issues with her sending me incomplete renter application packages and severe miscommunication issues that, in one instance, led to a prospective tenant finding another home after I was ready to move forward with their application because she overlooked my text message telling her to approve their application. Times when she could not be reached at all for days at a time, repeated issues of her saying she would have something done by a specific time and her missing those deadlines, and an overall lack of realtor experience I needed from her as I am new to renting out my home. The only problem I'll expound on here is where I wish I could've let Afi go as my realtor. I approved an application, and the tenant later told us they have an emotional support animal. My home was listed as a no-pet home. I knew nothing about this and began asking Afi general questions to understand better. Afi never thought to ask these general questions from their realtor or research this topic on her own to understand the situation better. After talking with her broker, Afi came back and either lied to me or didn't have the experience to know the truth to the questions I asked. I had to take matters into my own hands, research the law, and then go back and tell Afi what she told me was incorrect. She asked where I found my information, so I sent her my sources. I was livid that I had to do her job for her! The whole point of bringing her on to help me rent my home was to utilize her experience as a realtor so I could make the best decision. I didn't get that from Afi and was highly disappointed by my overall experience with her.

Ms Doh is the utmost in professionalism and dedication. She is thorough and considerate and at the top of her game. My father passed while she was representing me and her thoroughness helped me through this most difficult time. I will use her again.

I stand tall and proud to remmend AFI Doh a great realtor I was opotuned to tap into her experience. She is never tired answering her phone calls ,reading and answering her messages all geared towards satisfying her client achieving the altimate goal. Each time I and my wife taught our numerous questions were bordering her she was always there with these same words " Your satisfaction is my success ". We remain indebted to her for assisting us secure a place we now call home.
