I learned of I Hate Knee Pain from one of my sons coaches who recommended Andy Bloch, Dr. Brian Paris and Dr. Tony Lubrano to rehab his sports injuries. I observed a very comprehensive examination and the correct diagnosis. A team of very talented medical professionals devised a treatment plan to enable him to get back on the field. Dr. Tony is the quarterback who directs the team to implement the plan. Tony is an extremely knowledgeable, professional and compassionate doctor. Hes a great listener and explains the injury diagnosis and the physical therapy treatment plan in language my 15 year-old son and I can understand. The team of therapists and movement experts deliver great results. I am in my early sixties and play club lacrosse. I too was searching for a non-surgical alternative to address the arthritis pain in both my knees. Andy Bloch developed a revolutionary Reflexive Pattern Therapy (RPT) technique that relieves joint pain. I tried RPT therapy in conjunction with viscosupplementation for both knees. The team of doctors who implemented the hyaluronic acid shots is expert. They use state-of-the-art imaging equipment enabling the procedures to be painless and results outstanding. It is also a comfort to know that my son and I are completely covered by our health insurance. I unconditionally recommend the I Hate Knee Pain team for anyone (such as adolescents like my son to seniors like me) who seeks relief from joint pain as a result an injury or the wear and tear of everyday life. The folks at the front desk reception are courteous, fast and efficient, the doctors and the physical therapy and movement experts are the best in the region! It is a pleasure to be healed by this team!

I'm back to moving on the tennis court like I want to, and competing on the national and international level without worrying about how my knees might feel on any given day. Their approach is novel. The results are fantastic. If you have knee or any joint pain, I highly recommend you check them out.

A few months ago I hyperextended my knee pretty badly while sprinting and did some damage to my meniscus and hamstring. After a significant amount of time spent doing physical therapy exercises to strengthen my injured leg, I was able to get my leg stronger and almost all the way back to form. The only problem was that i would still feel a GREAT AMOUNT OF PAIN in my hamstring and knee when i would try to run or jump off of the injured leg. This is when i recalled going to see Dr. Andrew "Andy" Bloch and his staff a few years ago when i was suffering from chronic back pain and how they were able to take care of it. Thankfully they have been able to do the the same with my knee and hamstring this time around! Some of the slapping, poking, pulling etc RPT methods may seem very different from the typical physical therapy settings but they are VERY effective when it comes to the results of alleviating pain. They also offer an array of other therapy modalities such as traditional physical therapy strengthening exercises, chiropractic therapy as well as other active and passive modalities to help those that come in. And last but certainly not least, I can not speak any more highly about the staff! From the front desk staff that greets you when you come in to the therapists and techs that works with each patient, everyone is extremely friendly and personable. I could sense this with myself and observed it as they interacted with the other patients that they were working with. I am truly appreciative to have found this place to help me with my pain relief needs!

When I came to "I Hate Knee Pain," I saw Andrew Bloch. I had severe knee pain. I was on crutches with a knee brace (nothing seemed to relieve the pain and I was beginning to wonder whether I would always suffer with knee pain). The orthopedic surgeon said I needed surgery to repair a torn meniscus. Andrew said my pain would be relieved before I left him that day. I didn't believe him and thought to just leave; however my pain overruled my skepticism. Andrew examined me; then he pushed, slapped, pressed and prodded everywhere except my knee. I thought, my Lord, what is this man doing and I was very concerned! A few minutes later, Andrew was done. I had no pain. I mean absolutely NO PAIN! I was very protective and intentional walking and remembered that Andrew explained that walking was an involuntary action (I was afraid the pain would return, but it didn't). I put the crutches in the closet when I arrived home, stopped taking the pain medications and took off the knee brace. That was a week ago. Since that time, I have had absolutely NO PAIN, and NO SWELLING. I am so thankful I went and was treated by Andrew Bloch. I've been telling everyone.
