Words cannot describe how thankful I am for Tappan, Miranda, and Susan. After dealing with another attorney for years for a DUI/Hit and Run case, Tappan stepped in and demonstrated what a true lawyer is capable of achieving in just a fraction of the time. The team was super diligent in attending the case, reviewing all documents, acquiring evidence, with the discovery process, and constantly communicating with me. Their communication is exceptional, they made sure I was informed and understood all the details of the case. This made me feel finally secure, as I am currently out of state studying. Additionally, they are super respectful and understanding, while with other people I was mistreated for my disability, being Puerto Rican and having Spanish as my first language, Tappan and the group accommodated me and supported me, assuring me I was in good hands and that I could finally trust my legal representation. While other attorneys pressure their clients to plea guilty (like my previous one), Tappan and the group didn't, they defended me and look for the best possible outcome. In less than 6 months, Tappan may achieve my case to be dismissed, an outcome I lost hope on as this case has been going on for so long. I truly recommend him, he is a miracle worker and someone I cannot say thank you enough. He gave me hope and a solution when I was losing it, and words can't describe how professional, diligent, and just amazing of a person he and his crew is. I cannot recommend him enough. David Mendes, one of the attorneys at WhitbeckBennet, was amazing when I needed legal representation.
