I went to this branch informing them that a call had to be made to get authorization to print a document for me. Instead of them making the call to customer service, they spent 10 minutes trying to look up a document that they needed authorization for (which i told them when i first came in). they only had one banker and she told me that she couldnt print the paper for me because she had an appointment at 11am and it was going to take her time to sign in to her computer and call. All of which could have been avoided if they called like i said when i first walked in the branch. I am a valued customer and have been since 2009. To feel like my request and issue was unimportant is one of the many reasons I will no longer be banking with Wells Fargo.

I went there to send the wire money, there is problems on the beneficiary bank in my country and Well Fargo. So went back tried to resolve it. They asked me to leave the phone number. They said, they are going to call in the afternoon same day. Wait all day, no one called. They called me the next day, I cant answered. I called back later. No one pick up the phone! I never have this problem with Bank of American. I did not want to recommend Well Fargo to anyone. Terrible!
