Struck on the road. Call the road assistantance.had no one pick the service. I finally called them an hour after, they said they got someone but I have to pay the person$120 on spot while I have full coverage. Was on the free way for over 2hrs. B/4 call 911 to help me out .

Terrible, avoid this insurance company at all costs. They are (1) unwilling to work with you on any policy changes during your policy term; (2) engage in perpetually inaccurate accounting; (3) charge exorbitant increases to a policy renewal during a pandemic in spite of having LOW vehicle use and NO claims; (4) fail to present any accurate accounting statement at the end of the policy; (5) fail to cancel the policy per request in a timely manner, only doing so after a 2nd follow-up request; (6) have unhelpful local office and long (more than 1 hour) wait times for a phone representative at their 800-number, who when pressed for answers simply hangs up on you and then when calling back, suggests the call was accidentally disconnected (repeatedly!).

Liberty Mutual insurance company claims process isn't what it used to be. I called to make a claim it took 5 days before I could speak with my claim specialist and she was clueless about my claim. Then it was 30 days before anyone could come access the damages. To matters worse the adjuster goes on a week vacation without notice at the most critical stage in my claims process. FYI don't make Liberty mutual insurance your first option. If you have them already then be cautious because Liberty mutual insurance don't handle claims as they once did in the past.
