Martens Johnson Insurance Agency - a Hilb Group Company

There was no space for a zero or negative star posting. Whether a long term customer, or new customer, they treat you like dirt! They portray to be one of the few companies that work with commercial insurance providers - not correct. Many family employees, so they cover their sneakiness for each other and will flat out lie! Steer away from this company, I wish I would have 10 years ago - they are really bad and have a big lack of communication with their customer. Beware of Martens Johnson - I spoke with Brian Johnson who is totally lost when it comes to any information that would be helpful or relative - horrible customer service.

Total rip off. Never answers the phone when we urgently have any insurance issue. The so called Tom Blaton agent is a full scale a**hole. Never helps with what you need and always rips you off with any inconvenient situation you might be in. Biggest rip off of all was leaving us without filing proper insurance forms with the state for 6 + months, untill we found ourselves through the tag office that technocally the insurance policy had been missing. Do not waste your time or money here.
