The Insurance Store

We have been customers of The Insurance Store since 1993. Lynn and Kathy (who is now retired) have always been amazingly responsive and helpful! Every time we have a question, concern or need information, they have been available. Any time we have had a claim, they have made the process as easy as possible. Even more, they have gone above and beyond more than once for us. Our adult daughter now uses them for her insurance as well. We can't recommend Lynn highly enough.

A friend referred me to Erie Insurance and The Insurance Store. Fortunately Lynn Fishman was my insurance agent from The Insurance Store. I was extremely pleased with the services she provided me. Clearly customer service means something to her and The Insurance Store. She patiently answered all of my questions and ensured that I had the necessary coverage for both my home and auto policies. Not to mention, my insurance premium is lower than my previous provider and I now have more insurance coverage. I look forward to continuously receiving excellent service from this agency.

Lynn was very helpful and showed willingness to assist with the process without any consideration to getting an account or not. No sense of salesmanship, but actual listening to what the client wants, or any questions they may have. We found ourselves signing on, but continued to update with plan policies, or if any questions we may have. She really the point that she is always available for questions with quick responses by phone or email.
