They came out to service our heater on a Tuesday and the natural gas odor was very strong. We called the fire department and they advised to air out the rooms, which we did, and if the odor was still present to call the service provider back. We called them back on a Thursday, and the lady informed us at someone would be out Friday from 12PM to 3PM. No one showed, so when I called them back, some other individual stated that they could not come back out unless we opened another service request through our home warranty. I did so immediately and asked if they could send someone back out, but basically got a scolding, being told that we're not their only customers. Having two young children, I would think a possible gas leak would be of higher priority, but apparently not. There is nothing but unprofessional responses and flat out rude remarks that come from the employees of this company, and their lack of English proficiency only adds to the problem. You would think an apology would be in order for giving wrong appointment information, but no, not from this company. If you get assigned this company, do yourself a favor and ask for it to be reassigned Service: Heating system repair
