If I can give zero stars I would. Went there with a boomed online service for a full hair color covarege+roots coverage+highlights. Got an email with the pricing that I was okay with it. When they started and finished with my hair on the registry I got a different pricing to pay. Nobody even botherd to inform me about the price change, nor asked me if I agree to the new price. Their explanation was that what they explaint to me that they will do a different service for me, and that would all have been fine, if the price difference would have been communicated with me. This way they left me with a bitter taste in my mouth, and an experience that I don't want to have ever again.

I was asked to wait for my turn when I came in. When another female customer came in later, she was then served first. It was definitely an unpleasant experience. Apparently, the staff was not trained well.
