Contracted Monarch Prime to replace a sunroom on the house and did not have a good experience. They rushed to do initial demo and framing, then the project sat for months with nothing happening. No clear communication on progress and questions were met with a lot of side stepping and blame on me, including their ordering errors. Materials were left in my garage and a dumpster was on my drive for months (slowly topped off with items from other jobs). Ended off having another contractor in to complete some punch list items (like painting underside of windowsills!) and gutter installation (removing their two attempts and all the caulk to stop the leaks). I'm left with uneven ceilings, unfinished / damaged trim and they still have not returned to collect the last of the items from my garage and ignore my e-mails / texts. Services: Paint indoors, Interior finishing, Remodeling, Drywall installation, Roof installation
