Ivy from HY financial did refinance for me and I got an amazing interest rate. She was very responsive and held my hand through the whole process. I didnt have to do much but to provide documents needed. She explained very well what each number means and offered a great deal as well. Would use again for my next mortgage need.

We feel so lucky that we have chosen HYFinancial to help with our first-time home purchase. We met Ivy through a closed social media group where she was always open and eager to help. So we thought she might be a good choice to help us with our refinance situation. After reaching out to her, we learned that her partner Yuan is a financial advisor and a realtor, so we ended up having an extensive conversation in our initial call. We talked to Ivy about our mortgage situation and talked to Yuan about a few potential investment ideas. He went through a great length and share a wealth of information that I found a great value of.  It is apparent that they are both very enthusiastic about their professions and knowledgeable about the real estate market and just investment in general.  They are both very responsive and pleasant to talk to.
