Getting to know the importance of also taking care of our face, its muscles, its skin by the hand of Ceci with facial yoga has made a huge difference to how I used to see my body, how I also have to care about my face, my head, not only my body. Ceci has taught me different amazing, quick and easy exercises and routines that had an amazing immediate impact into how I feel my skin and face. Her workshops are wonderful, you learn a lot from her and release tension, at the same time you strengthen your face muscles and leave feeling renovated and inspired, I truly recommend this to everyone!
