I worked with Bryan and crew on a kitchen remodel and things were great! Great communication, quality work and worked with us to end up with a kitchen we are very happy with. Couldnt recommend them more!

Solid Modern Development just installed a new front walkway & a backyard slate patio & walkway for us. From our initial contact with Mr. Meija through project completion, all interactions with he and his crew were respectful and professional. There were a few unexpected snags which Mr. Meija worked with us to brainstorm & solve. We are extremely happy with the work and the results. We plan to have Solid Modern Development do additional work in the spring time. Service: General paving

Bryan and his crew did a great job installing channel drains to help divert water away from the house. This is the second time theyve completed a project for us. Great work both times! Highly recommended

We use Solid Modern Developments for all of our projects, big and small. They did a fabulous job renovating a bathroom, and are almost done redoing our screened-in patio. Friendly, good craftsmanship, and responsive.
