Flagship has very good customer service well informed and prepared. They make sure the car is very well clean even providing us free vacuums and free towels

I have been a loyal customer of Flagship for some time now, and I must say that I am disappointed with the recent changes they have made. The transition from a full-service to an express-only model has left much to be desired. There have been inconsistencies in the level of service provided, with some staff members unwilling to perform certain tasks that were previously standard. On multiple occasions, I have had to take matters into my own hands to ensure my car is properly cleaned and maintained. It's frustrating to see other customers receive preferential treatment while I am left feeling undervalued and unappreciated. I was told they dont wash mats or apply tire shine to vehicles, but they do it for some customers. I pointed that out to the female manager and one of the guys at the booth. The guy even had the nerves to tell me that the machine applies the tire shine when he was clearly able to see that it didn't. The men assigned to pressure wash the wheels barely did anything to them. I had to get all the dirt out with microfiber towels. There are times the machine doesn't apply all the coats so they make me go through the machine again instead of ensuring that from the time my car is set to neutral! Quality of service have been a significant letdown.

Terrible car wash! My car still has lots of dirt and grime all over it. It feels like the machine just moved around some of the dirt. I payed for the deluxe too which is not worth it.

Today l went to Flagship on 355 to clean my car for my birthday. I was very pleased to see the facility is very neat and clean. The service is very orderly they take care of your car. Silvia greeted me to take my order and l was overwhelmed that she cared about my car and providing quality service. She went the extra mile to ensure l was satisfied. David was there when l was vacuuming and prepared to provide service as well. In a time when things are so automated it is refreshing to go to a business that cares about more than just getting your money. Go get your care clean by a company that cares about good service.
