        This car was unbelievable bad, was very dirty when I picked the car up, the had zero power, it was like it needed a tune up really bad. I told the guy that helped me out at Enterprise and he said CARS ARE LIKE THAT SOMETIMES smh, Didnt seem to care about my complaint

        Beyond excellent customer service at this establishment. Helped me out greatly after a car accident and would definitely recommend renting from here. Kenneth and Yohann do an excellent job and really take care of their customers!!!

        The customer service representative who contacted me on March 05, 2024 at 4:50 pm from your Rockville location at 702 Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD 20853 was very unprofessional and rude. He didn't give his name even after asking three times, and hanged the phone. He also did not give name of his supervisor or manager instead told me "I am both supervisor and manager, but will not give you my name". However, your two other representatives- Yohan and Rasheed were outstanding and helped me from the time I rented my car on February 13, 2024.
