I am incredibly fortunate to be a part of the Bravium team, and I can't praise this company enough. From day one, I have been met with a welcoming and supportive atmosphere that encourages professional growth and personal development. I joined Bravium during the height of COVID when the world was shut down and the CEO delivered a welcome bag to my house personally. It was an amazing first impression that set the standard that Bravium truly does value their employees like a family. The leadership at Bravium is unparalleled. The visionary guidance of the management team not only drives the company's success, but also fosters a sense of unity and shared purpose among all employees. Open communication channels mean that ideas are heard and valued, creating an environment where everyone feels like a vital contributor to the company's journey. I have worked for Bravium as an Analyst for nearly 3 years now. It is my first job after completing my undergraduate degree, and I struggle to imagine a better way to gain in-depth experience in an entry level job. As an Analyst for this small business, I've had the chance to help in multiple areas beyond just my expertise. What I love about Bravium being a "small business" is that it very much acts and holds the presence of a large company, with an exceptionally well-experienced employee-base and close partnerships with some of the biggest industry stakeholders. The leadership team does an excellent job of managing the business from setting and reaching goals, to finding ways to grow the business in a calculated and intentional manner. As a company in its industry, Bravium excels as a key player for its size, which I believe is equally a testament of the leadership team and my peers who work tirelessly to find business critical solutions for our clients and partners. I also really appreciate Bravium's commitment to employee development. They provide generous benefits, including 5 paid training days and a annual $2,500 training bonus. Furthermore, they are rolling out a new quarterly bonus program which I think will be a great way to compensate employees throughout the year.
