After completing the two day Advanced Proposal Management Course I developed a good idea of the power of leveraging AI to improve my proposal management skills, actually improve proposal documents such as resumes, past performances, management, and technical volumes, ultimately improving our next proposal. Additionally, the course content provided me a good awareness of proposal landmines and how to avoid them. The exercises reinforced the materials covered very effectively. I was hesitant to attend the course but I am very glad I attended the course. The OST training program was well supported by their staff. The OST facilitator's training techniques were very effective, engaging and very helpful for a person with no knowledge of AI capabilities.

I took the How to Develop a Compliant Proposal course in January of 2024. Excellent training on Federal proposal writing. Our instructor was very knowledgeable - a true proposal SME. Learned how to generate a well-thought-out outline with proper annotations, prepare storyboards / work packages, and reviewed the intricacies of compliance. I highly recommend this course to anyone diving into this world.
