I recently visited Divine Eyebrow Studio and, regrettably, my experience was far from what I expected. From the moment I entered, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming, courtesy of the two ladies present. The technician struggled to match the eyebrow tint to my skin tone, an issue I've never encountered before. To add to the discomfort, my appointment was interrupted to accommodate another customer who, seemed to be a familiar face to the staff. This left me waiting unnecessarily, only for the technician to return with a mere apology. I noticed a lack of consistency in customer treatment; other clients were greeted warmly with 'Happy Easter' wishes, a courtesy not extended to me upon my departure.The quality of the eyebrow job itself did not meet my expectations. Despite these issues, I still opted to leave a tip, showing appreciation for the service. However, my gesture was met with an unprofessional comment from one employee to my technician, insinuating dissatisfaction with the amount given, when tipping in fact is optional. I will not be returning, especially when there are alternatives like Wow brow studio , where the staff's friendliness and professionalism significantly enhance customer experience. It's disappointing to leave a service feeling undervalued and disrespected.

They do eyebrow threading very well. Price is reasonable and they are very accommodating. Place is also neat and clean.

My favorite eyebrow threading place for the last four years. Amazing service and super clean and beautiful studio. Would absolutely recommend if youre in the area and the studio is also accessible as it is right off I270!
