Presidential Bank

Wonderful staff that always makes me feel welcome. EDIT (12/4/23): The two tellers at the front must be whats keeping the place afloat, whoever that is in the office in the back leaves much to be desired, customer service in any form must be lost on those who don't deal with 'the public' all the time. If I didn't have to come here I wouldn't any longer, GGs to the two in the front, yall are awesome!

I'm very pleased with Presidential Bank. They have great interest rates on checking which is rare these days and the staff are very friendly and helpful both over the phone and in the Rockville Pike branch. I highly recommend this bank. If I could give this bank six stars I would.

Best bank EVER! Checking interest rate is fantastic and the staff are the absolute best! I love that the tellers call me by name right when I come through the door. A true hometown bank!

Its a real shame when a customer of 18 years is forced to call the main office to get a copy of a transaction, because an employee is not allowed to send info through the mail containing my name, address, and account number on it. In case you are not aware, your employer sends me a statement every month with that same info and this request is different how? Sorry to make your head spin Hanna, but if only you could have heard yourself. I am still laughing. #minion
