Look, the silky buttercream icing on the cupcakes is nice, but it does tend to fall flat faster. The cupcakes themselves are tasty, although not quite epic. Still, I would have returned if not for the behavior I witnessed. The owner treated her employee and the humble woman that was interviewing for the cake decorating position so poorly, that I was embarrassed for her (the owner). She was rude, loud, condescending, and unkind. How you treat employees says a lot about who you are as a person, and how you run your business. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect. When you can't bring yourself to treat employees kindly, when customers are present, I would hate to see how you treat them when there aren't any customers present. Please do better.

I've had two cakes made for events one a Taylor Swift themed birthday cake and a Halloween elopement party. Both cakes were exactly what I had described. And they tasted amazing.
