        worst insurance agent I met.. he was very reachable before I've signed the policy, but ever since - no answer for 2 months! had to do all my updates with the national customer service.. better to stay away Response to Afam's note below: the updates I've made in my insurance - had been made in front of the national customer service and not with Afam insurance group since they didn't answer my calls.
