Clare Karpinski and Laikisha Jeffries have the worse attitudes !! Can not answer a simple question without snapping back at you with some nasty answer. Horrible costumer service!!

I have been a member of BONENT for over 7 years. This year I renewed my membership in BONENT. I paid a fee and sent the documents by mail because BONENT does not accept documents online in digital form. I talked to Laikisha Jeffries Director of Membership & Certification about my situation.My explanations that I was for several months in 2021 in places where the Internet connection is very unreliable and it was not possible to trace my mail (not only BONENT). I was told that I only have to follow the BONENT protocol and no explanations or exceptions can take place. It seemed to me that I was not talking with a living human being, but with a machine that was only interested in my money. This person has been working for many years. I got the impression that the function of a person who receives our money from membership in BONENT could well be replaced by a machine, since here they do not help people, but only monitor the execution of the protocol.
