I had the pleasure of working with Ramon Gardner recently, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. His professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to finding the perfect leasing solution for us was truly outstanding. From our first interaction, it was evident that Ramon was not just interested in filling a space but in understanding our needs and preferences. He took the time to listen attentively, ask insightful questions, and offer valuable suggestions based on his expertise. Throughout the leasing process, Ramon demonstrated excellent communication skills, keeping us informed every step of the way and promptly addressing any concerns or questions we had. His responsiveness and accessibility made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. What truly sets Ramon apart is his genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Waited about six month before leaving a review . Moved in around late October and things did start off a bit hectic with someone either in the building or the mail delivery person(s) stealing $250+ of a delivery without a proper ID check for name and age verification. Additionally since moving in, we have had 3 late night fire alarm disruptions which caused the building to evacuate. So if youre startled easily, hate a trend of disrupted sleep, or are simply just parents with children be mindful of this. I was grateful for the first time as the fire departments response was quick and everyone was ultimately safe as someone was cooking and burning their food. Second time, someone was allegedly smoking in the elevator . Had a newer tenant with a baby ask me if this is a regular thing and I honestly had to tell her that this is my second go round so I could not verify. Third time, which was literally last night at 11:03pm, we dont even know what caused it since we didnt leave as our neighbors on the third floor also did not leave and expressed utter frustration of the constant late night disturbances. Im unsure if this place has protocols enforced for offenders but this is literally disturbing the peace at this point, especially it happening during quiet hours. Not sure if our systems are just super sensitive but our quieter sister across the street at Bell at Shady Grove, Ive yet to see them experience this. Overall the apartments are very pretty on the inside with more updated appliances compared to Bell at Shady Grove, but thats about it. Aesthetic The staff is very nice and attentive. But we doubt we will be renewing the lease this year , regardless of convenience.

Delivering food to any unit in this place is an absolute nightmare. If you live in this maze, please consider meeting your delivery driver at the building entrance so we arent wandering around lost in this labyrinth for 20 minutes.

Just renewed my lease for another year. Easy decision because Ramon and the rest of the staff work hard for us every day. Ramon is always there with a smile and they handle any issues like real professionals. Ramon and the staff played a large part in my renewing my lease. Plus, parking in a garage is a real bonus during bad weather days! No scraping snow off my car or shoveling myself out of a space only to come back and have it taken by someone else. The facilities are fantastic from the gym and pool to the package room so you don't have to worry about packages being stolen off your porch! I received a lot of packages this year and invested in a little collapsable wagon so I could pick up multiple, heavy packages and not have to make multiple trips. Do yourself a favor and move in to Mallory Square. That will be one decision you won't regret. Original post: Just moved in a couple weeks ago and have had a few minor issues crop up like the ice maker not workout and a loose cabinet door. Logging s problem is a great tool for managing maintenance and the response time has been stellar. Maintenance crew have been very courteous and helpful, too. Ramon and the rest of the office staff were invaluable to me during my pre-move and move-in phases. Also, great amenities!
