Pros & Cons Pros - Manuel and his team were very responsive during initial outreach and consultation. They were prompt in being able to provide and assessment and beginning the work and respectful. The request was for bamboo removal and Manuel advised that the roots would also need to be grinded to prevent return of the plant. Work was initiated the following week after the consult. The team was prompt and completed mostly all work mentioned during the consultation. Did a wonderful job at clearing out the space and debris. Cons - after completing the job & receiving payment, noticed an area of bamboo that had not been removed, which will definitely cause regrowth in April. Multiple attempts to reach Manuel regarding the removal of this area of roots failed. He would not answer our calls nor return our calls. Reached out to Manuel from a new phone number and he answered. Spoke with him about the issue and he scheduled a time to return to complete this removal. Manuel never showed up nor did he reach out to say he would not make it. To date we have not heard back from Manuel or any member of his company.
