I went there to get an eye exam. Dr. Kang was professional, but unfriendly. The rest of the staff was similar. I asked if they could tell me my pupillary distance, and they said no, they could only do that if I ordered glasses from them. Felt like a very cold business environment, and it felt like everyone disliked working there.

Worst experience, the eye doctor gave me a wrong prescription and refused to fix the problem, making me pay extra money for exam and new glasses. Now Im out of money and new glasses I cant use .

I purchased new lenses to be placed in an old frame that had crystals. I was informed that they couldn't replace my frames if they were broken since I did not purchase them from LensCrafters. When I went to pick up my frames a week later, they were missing crystals. I asked if they retained the crystals as they could easily be put back in. They informed me that they didn't notice the missing crystals and did not have them. I am unsure how they did not notice they damaged my frames as I noticed immediately. The lab technician told me that he only inspects the back of the frame and not the front. Such careless work! I wouldn't return to this location or any LensCrafters due to this. I have taken the same pair of frames to other optometrists and recieved better care. I wouldn't recommend this location especially if you are bringing in your own frames for new lenses, very poor workmanship.
