The male doctor was so nice to me specially to my 4month old the front desk lady was nice also very pleasant I was ready for the usual rudeness of labcorp but this office was really nice and quick its just very small

Quick/easy check in, pleasant staff, great customer service/ample parking. However the road/traffic getting there was stressful due to all the construction. The gentleman at the front desk, was so handsome so nice, wonderful smile, top it off, you dont feel a thing when he sticks you. I couldnt provide my sample for over an hour, the staff did not rush me, the gentleman actually encouraged me to relax and to take my time. not a single kid cried during that hour. Butterfly needles for everyone. Thank you for making an unpleasant reason to visit a pleasant stay.

Let me start by saying how quick and easy the check in process was. I arrived early as directed and was taken just before my appointment time. Now, on to the staff. Me Me was my lab technician and she was amazing!!! She had to draw several vials of blood and let me tell you, it was over before I knew it. I would give her 10 stars if I could. Me Me along with the entire staff from her manager down, were professional, efficient and very personable. I had an excellent experience. After reading the reviews, I passed up several LabCorp facilities to make an appointment at this location and they did not disappoint. I only wish all the LabCorp facilities were as efficient and clean and wonderfully managed as the Riverdale location. I met the manager and they need to make her general manager of all the LabCorp facilities in the area so that all of them would be 5 star facilities and managed as well as the Riverdale, MD location. I would refer anyone to this location. Ask for Me Me, she was outstanding!! I would definitely return for future lab work and refer anyone to this location. Huge thanks to Me Me, the manager and the staff!!

Latrice was the best phlebotomist I ever had for my 2 baby boys !! Im glad I got this over with after going to many lab corps !! She deserves a 5 star but unfortunately I had to put 4 because the front desk receptionist was a bit rude but other then that I had a great experience with Latrice

The employees are very diligent . let me tell u all about them. I forgot my doctor's order for my lab work at home. they called the provider office and ensured they faxed it over to them. Unfortunately, the order was difficult to read. they took their time and went through the order for my lab and wrote everything down step by step. and also explained everything to me. highly recommend the best place to get your lab work done 10/10
