On behalf of my family I would like to extend our deepest appreciation to the Law firm of Michael D. Herman & Associates and to Briana Urbina, Esq. for the services you provided us. Hoping it won't be needed in the future, it is good to know that in the event some issue may arise, I can say with confidence that we will surely utilize your services moving forward. My family had been attempting to resolve a landlord tenant matter since May of 2022. We made multiple attempts to come to a reasonable resolution. As the matter continued to be prolonged we felt as though the management company was not interested in settling the matter in a timely fashion. We contacted several law firms and were mostly told that retaining legal counsel for this matter would be very costly and could possibly take more than a year to conclude if the matter could not be settled outside of court. We contacted Michael D. Herman & Associates and were pleasantly surprised after speaking with Briana Urbina, Esq., who expressed that she felt that she could assist us with our case. At our initial consultation with Ms. Urbina and Mr. Herman they reviewed the facts related to our case and put forth a strategy that they felt would likely yield best results and assured us that they would provide additional assistance if needed. I was placed in the "INCOMPETENT HANDS" of holly deveaser by Herman and she literally stole my money. She incorrectly filed an Eviction case as a Wrongful Detainer against a "Tenant for Years", and tried to have me find a new Attorney before the case even got to Trial, with no refund offered. She also took $250 of extra money I put in the Firm's control to handle my case and she stole it claiming that she did extra filing, but the case was bungled before it even happened! She could have re-filed the case and never even tried, sent me on my way with a $750 bill for nothing but wasted time and grief! Stay Away from this Firm!

Best lawyer I have worked with! I was originally had a different lawyer for a car accident but he dropped me because it was "a tough case to win." But Mr. Herman took the case and still got me a great settlement. He was very professional and obviously knows what he's doing. If you have a car accident or need a lawyer for anything , Mike is definitely the man to see
