Manifest Bakery

I'm lucky enough to live within a short distance and use Manifest as an excuse to take a walk with a reward at the end. Everything I've bought has been amazing and delicious. The prices are reflective of the quality and efforts that go into the final product. My go-to's are the apricot financiers, the fig and goat cheese sandwich (it's great warmed or toasted), and you can't go wrong with a cardamom roll. It defeats the purpose of my excercise a bit, but I'm definitely not complaining. The hours are a bit restrictive, but it's probably what's saving me from being there all the time

Slices of Tomorrow** Manifestation, like a loaf sliced thin, Reveals layers of possibility and strife, From baguette to sourdough's golden skin, We taste the future, savoring life. So knead your visions, let them rise, Bake them into existence, day by day, For in each loaf, a universe lies, And every crumb whispers, "Stay."
