        We have had the pleasure of touring Pilot House as we look for the right home for my husband and I to downsize. We just moved in a week ago and everything has been great. We met the concierges Edward and Nina. They are so pleasant and professional. I also had interactions with Jessica and Brooklyn and both were so professional and answered all my questions. Thank you all for the professionalism, it is very much appreciated. Job well done, everyone!!!!So far, so good, Team. Bravo to all! The White Family

        I enjoy living in the building. There have been some annoying maintenance issues, but the staff communicates well, and resolves matters expeditiously. I love the concierge folks! Edward, in particular, is always a friendly, helpful person. The weekend concierge folks are some of the most pleasant people I have met in this building. Nina is efficient and engaging. Paris, in the leasing office, has been great, even though she is new here.

        Ive been living in this apartment for quite some time and really appreciate both the concierge service and the management. The staff, like Edward and Nina, are always there when I need help, giving me peace of mind. Whether its a package pickup or any other issue, I know I can rely on them right away without any hassle. The apartment is always clean and well-kept, showing that the management team does a good job. The location is great tooit's in a quiet, safe area with easy access to places like Starbucks and Whole Foods, which is really convenient. Everything from the gym to the lounge areas is always in good shape. This level of care and service really makes the apartment more than just a place to live; it feels like a community. If youre looking for a well-managed home with great amenities, I highly recommend this apartment.
