I hired this company to rip out old insulation and install new, secure, replace new posts holding the house up. They only installed a small section of insulation. The house was freezing this past winter. The insulation had already started falling down because it was not secured by metal rods. The posts had no brackets holding them in place, just the weight of the house. They did come out and complete the job. I will not use or recommend them. Service: Home repairs

Cons: Nestor's crew usually arrived very late than what you expected. I'm okay with that as long as they finished the whole project. Nestor is not very good at commuicating with me. I always tried my best to keep calling / texting him until he finally replied me back. Not within 24-48 hours. For the next project, he was supposed to give me the quote and I waited too long. I now realized I don't have to keep chasing him all the way like I did with him for my living room project. Pros: Great work! Nestor's crew focused on my living room: - Installed 6 LED recessed lights - Removed the textured ceiling - Painted the ceiling and crown molding My living room now looks so much better.

We had Nestor and his team re-do all our plumbing in our townhouse and I honestly cant imagine using a different company. Nestor and his team were professional, responsive, punctual, and efficient.
