        First time using Crouch and what a great experience! It started with my experience with Tina on the phone. She was professional, kind, and super helpful in letting me know the costs and expectations upfront. I knew I needed my brakes checked since they were vibrating like crazy, along with some other items, and the techs ran a 20-point inspection to verify this and any other issues. The call to pick up my truck was so much quicker than expected, which gave me back my day (which almost never happens with auto repairs in general). When I got to the shop, Tina had any other proposed repairs quoted in writing for me to review at my own pace and didn't try to force me to buy anything. The lack of pressure alone has me ready to go back and schedule some other repairs that I know I should get. I never thought I'd actually want to get my car worked on, but I have confidence in knowing that if I need anything done, I can count on Crouch to do it right!!

        My fiance and I have been taking our cars here for almost two years now. We hit a deer last Father's day and had the get rid of one of our cars. Crouch suggested us selling the car on FB marketplace and with that suggestion we were able to get it sold and get a new safer car for my family. When it came time for inspection we took our new Subaru straight to Crouch as we knew we could trust them! They have done our breaks, tires, oil changes and maintenance. So long as we are in the area Crouch would always be our first choice.
