        My visit was very disappointing. I have been going to the Reisterstown Jiffy Lube for over 10 years and 4 cars later. I went in for an oil change and was told I needed two filters and back brake pads. I authorized them to complete the work. Three hours later we are still waiting on the brake pads to be delivered. I needed to leave and no one was happy but I couldnt wait any longer. They finally called and the driver had left for the day and they were making arrangements for someone else to bring the part, another 30 minutes and still no part. I asked them to put the old pads on because I had to leave. The next day my oil light is on, the emissions light is on and the brakes sound like its metal on metal. Its very sad, this was my go to spot. Not anymore!!!!
