    This complex is terrible. I've been here for years and will be buying a house this year. The complaints are valid Poor maintenance, fix nothing, patch work. Claim issues were resolved when they weren't, and that's if they come to fix it . Complaints to corporate in Pennsylvania get rerouted back to complex automatically. Corporate never sees complaints. I did have a roach problem, but it seems to be ok. I haven't seen one in a few months. Leasing office is below standard. They can't seem to tell the truth. They're worse than politicians . That was a recent leak from the bathroom into bedroom. Took them 3 weeks and numerous emails. This complex is terrible

    The maintenance guy was nice and did a great job by working my work order and complete it on time , he was very nice and humble and had a nice Pleasant good vibe about his self , so thank you sir , I am very grateful and very happy keep up the good work and i really appreciative yall guys at the preserve at Owings crossing i rate that maintenance technician guy a 5+ stars and the rental offices staff a 5 stars rating and...thanks xoxo your residents!!!

    Unfortunately, I am indecisive of renting but Ricky the leasing agent made me feel welcomed. He provided me with exceptional customer service He was so patient and made me feel at ease with the rental process. He explained the entire process on the phone as well as when we met for the tour. This was my first inquiry for leasing information and Ricky was amazing.

    Truthfully I wouldnt recommend this apartment complex. Before I go into why, I will say on a positive note that the staff are friendly. Although I do feel the property manager has the most passive aggressive and condescending tone. Especially in response to residents pointing out how theyre being manipulated. AnywhoNot all apartments are updated yet the outdated apartments are ridiculously priced. When I first moved in it took two months to get the washer and dryer working in my place.They fail to mention that the rent price is not fixed (this is the only apartment Ive had this experience with) so the rent is actually 200-300 more than what its listed as each month. They do a terrible job with keeping residents informed of increases to rent (parking randomly increased $10). On the topic of parking, its already overpriced for the quality of the apartments and then to have a guaranteed parking spot you have to pay. So if youre a woman or man trying to make sure youre not walking from the street at night and you want to have a spot in front of your building, you have to pay $35. They charge for everything it seems like the least that could be done is assigning at least one space to each apartment. I havent even lived here 6 months but I know I wont be renewing my lease because its seriously not worth the money. They also do nothing about the fact that teenagers will walk into buildings and smoke the whole place out by hotboxing the laundry rooms. Structure is lacking here.

    Its been a great 5 years since I been here. The staff truly are great at what they do. They will help you in away possible. Maintenance staff is by far the best I have dealt with in my years of living in an apartment. When you need them they come and execute the problem with no hesitation.
