        Been going to JH since 2007. I had an easy return this year but I still went to JH to be safe. All standard deductions, W2 for one job, mortgage interest, and 2 kids to claim. Cost $525 and I could have done it online for free because I did no itemized deductions this year. They told me it was $850 and were being nice with discounts to make it $525. I spent $375 last year for more work on itemizations and a job change. Total refund $2800. Minus the $525 I was hoping to use to help get my son a car. I just hate feeling taken advantage of and that my 15 years of loyalty doesnt mean anything. Will be going elsewhere next year.

        Damion Tucker at Jackson Hewitt in Randallstown Md. made my experience very pleasant. Even though we had to pay federal taxes, we were able to get a return in state taxes. He also informed us on what we needed to do for next year to not have to pay any unpaid taxes at the ending.
