Superb customer service EVERY single time. I am a lifetime customer. I am big on consistency and Renee Wiley’s State Farm office never fails to amaze me with their high standards of professionalism and compassion. Specifically the representative Jabari . Mr. Jabari is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He never fails to exceed my expectations. I think both Ms. Wiley and I can both agree that he is truly a Gem/asset to the business. If you are looking for an insurance company to do business with for a lifetime, the Renee Wiley office is most certainly the way to go. Every single person in that office is friendly and helpful...
