I reached out to Donnie first thing in the morning and he was able to come over and check the issues I described through text shortly after 1 p.m. He and his son did a brief investigation of the tank and decided to pull the well pump to diagnose what the problem was. The original fitting that transitions from the main line (black plastic) over to corrugated steel had corroded a significant hole in the threads. This explains the lower pressure and loss of pressure and draining the tank as there was no vacuum. Donnie and his son knocked it out period, they allowed me to ask questions and educate myself throughout the process. This establishes trust, of course I could try to do this repair myself it seemed rather easy now that I got a crash course but saving time and finding someone you can trust are invaluable. Donnie came out less than 24 hours after calling. Replaced well pump and had water within a couple hours. Price was fair. Previously installed water treatment system for us that has helped immensely as well.

Awesome interactions with them. They actually helped us realize the issue was our overall power and not the well. Very polite, very professional. The only company we will use feom here on out.

Water pressure dropped out one afternoon. Called D&D, they showed up the next morning (15 min early) and replaced my leaking pressure tank and switch in less than an hour. Great guys, great prices. Service: Pump repairs & installation
