        Would love to have better things to say, unfortunately I wasnt able to ever make an appointment. When I called I was asked if it was a medical emergency or if I was checking in for appointment. I stated neither I needed to make appointment. Ok please hold. I hung up after 35 mins. Second call same thing, on hold for 15 mins. Third and final call same thing, hung up after 8 mins, called Dunkirk Animal Hospital answered immediately and scheduled appointment! I work in medical field. While it is important to take care of patients in office, ignoring patients on phone is unacceptable and very unprofessional.
