Great service! I've used Outback for septic tank pump-outs on several occasions and have been totally satisfied. Call early in the morning to reach a live person (or leave a message and they WILL call you back). They offer coupons on their website, so don't forget to check! The technician who serviced the tank last (Kevin) was on time, courteous and professional. He made sure to inspect the tank, kept the area clean and made sure to ask us if we had any questions. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had to call several times to schedule; but like mentioned above, call in the a.m.

Very poor customer service. We recently purchased a new home and Outback replaced the septic system before we moved in at the prior owner's expense. As was expected, the ground settled over the following weeks and months. It was like pulling teeth to get Outback to come out and fill in the giant holes that resulted from the work they did. Not answering the phone, not returning voicemails, and coming up with excuses as to why they couldn't come out were all standard operating procedure. Eventually I got a hold of someone and told them I had enough and it was time for them to come fill the holes per the contract. At this point, I received a not-so-veiled threat that I would be responsible for any towing bills if their truck got stuck on my property. They came out with enough dirt to fill one of the five or six holes and have no intention on coming back. Photo is from one of the trenches they left behind and refused to fill. My property is in worse shape now than before they started their work. Would highly recommend you have anyone other than Outback complete your septic work for you if you want the job done right.
