        PNC customer service is plain bad. The clerks and managers dont seem to care and give customers the impression they are supplicants, not customers on whose deposits they make plenty of money. The simplest transaction, even a deposit, can take days. Not sure what can help this branch, other than hiring a totally new staff.

        Worst place. Mortgage people are garbage. They made a mistake on my daughters account and basically took 250 dollars from my 10 yo account and are investigating their cashiers mistake
