Working with Erica was amazing. She had what we thought was an impossible task--selling my parent's condo, my sister's apartment and my single-family home and helping us find a new home where we could be together and care for my parents. Not only did she accomplish it within 18 days, but she did it with such expertise, patience, grace, and a sense of true dependability. We think of her as our personal magician for accomplishing this feat for us. She is also just the kindest person you would ever want to work with. While she was working with us, the other people in my parent's condo shared how they had met Erica and she was so nice and informative about real estate and the area. Someone next door to my sister wanted to sell and they asked for Erica's information and their apartment was sold before it even went on the market! And this all took place during a slow time in the housing market. Amazing. We could not be more pleased or recommend her enough. The entire Tamara Kucik team is great!

Erica was a wonderful real estate agent to work with and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anybody looking for a new home. As first time home buyers we had many questions and she was patient and responsive from beginning the home search all the way through to closing. Erica even made it clear she was available to answer questions after closing, as we inevitably had a few more questions as we moved in! We are so happy to be in our first home and so appreciate Erica's approachability, responsiveness, and deep knowledge of the local market!
