Yannick has been more then a regular agent , he did an outstanding job getting the job done and closing on our home in a timely manner. He is always available to respond to emails / calls very quickly no matter the time of day. He is quick on any work that needs to be done , does not slow you down in the entire process. Yannick went above and beyond with our purchase. From dealing with a not very responsive sellers agent, recommending top notch inspector (Cals Inspection who also went above and beyond), checking on the property weekly while were not in town, following up on repairs, to setting up last closing appointment of the day. It for sure was a stressful process and Yannick was there for us along the way with best-in-class customer service. Yannick was very receptive with feedbacks and opened to challenges. Highly recommended!!!!
