My wife and I were first-time homebuyers trying to navigate the purchase process. Rebekah had a warm and caring approach and took the time to answer the 1,000 questions we had. Rebekah struck a good balance of giving space for us to think when we needed and prompting action when we needed to meet deadlines. She's got a great list of vendors to recommend and followed up after the purchase to make sure all was good (including helping us navigate our first home warranty claim!). Overall, Rebekah worked hard for us, built our trust, and kept it. Would definitely recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor!

Once I met and worked with Rebekah to not only sell my current home but find another, I was not only in the best hands, but also found a lifelong friend. She was knowledgeable and professional and always had my best interests as the top priority. She guided me and was my anchor when I was not sure of my bearings. Being honest, I looked for a house in Maryland, contacting Rebekah from abroad... with all the security restrictions that signifies, developing a perfect and brilliant job, keeping me informed step by step on what was progressing. Rebekah is highly recommended as a property broker for the Maryland area, it would be, reliable and respectable, showing perfect conditions to rent a house in advance, along with checking details at the reception of the new home. Just want add that she is reliable and tremendously loyal to the home requirements that I was looking for. It is 120% recommended to look for a rental place.

One of the best decisions I ever made was to use Rebekah. She covered me every step of the way, thus avoiding numerous possible pitfalls. THEN, a problem showed up that one would never expect could/would ever occur. I moved out on 07/05/21. My townhome was purchased on 10/21/22.after long ensuing issues with their funding source, which they were warned not to use, for which she had to also get involved. A Christmas gift & a set of ink cartridges slipped through the cracks & went to their home. After sending 2 polite emails, with no response, both realtors had to get involved. Their realtor gave up, but Rebekah did not. We came to an agreed upon date & they would leave the items on their porch. On 12/22/21, I drove 1 hour to pick up the gift & cartridges & they never left them out side. Rebekah had to get involved again. A total of 3 weeks after they received these items, Rebekah finally got them to agree to leave them on the neighbor's porch. The items had arrived around 12/15/21. I finally got to pick them up 01/07/22. Rebekah, NEVER gave up on me, long after she had received her fee for the sale of my home. She is one of a kind. Please do not hesitate to utilize her services. She is like the Canadian Mounted Police. Giving up is NOT in her vocabulary.
