Kidball is a hidden gem in the Rockville community. The program has a prescribed method of instruction for all ages and level of play. My son and I started Kidball baseball, basketball, and flag football at the age of 3 and now he is 8. I can think of no better way to bond with my son over the weekend than playing catch, learning how to hit a baseball, and making layups with his inside foot. Thanks Kidball!

A friend of mine had their child suffer a concussion because he was shoved to the ground while making a pass, while accidents happen (although it wasnt really an accident it was an aggressive play that should have been reprimanded on the spot), the much bigger issue is Kidballs response to the situation, ignoring a concerned parent who had a child suffer a brain injury is unacceptable . Can you imagine contacting a league about your childs brain injury and being ignored??? When you need them MOST they will ignore you and cower.
Any place that will neglect a childs brain injury should not be supported, its way too overpriced anyways. Much better options available. Youve been warned.

Stay away. The refs are teenagers, the rules change weekly, and the kids aren't protected. Flag football advertises itself itself as a non-contact sport, yet the refs allow full contact and kids walk away concussed. I've never been more disappointed with kids sports.
