I've visited CAVA a few times. I really love that you can build your meal. Usually it's easy too much for me. This time - just a few pitas & some dips. Perfect!

Let me start by saying that I love cava and go there all the time, but I would never recommend this location. I went a couple minutes before closing time after a long day at work and all I wanted was some cava. The lady with the glasses was rushing me and I asked for extra pita chips and she said I cant have any. Like what youre just going to throw them in the trash after you close. Its so sad that they would rather throw away food than make good use of it. Then I reached the dressings and I always get my tahini ceasar, yogurt dill and shug and then she tells me I can only pick two. Like what??? Ive never had that happen at any cava Ive went to before. Way to take care of your customers, honestly at that point I was just ready to walk out but I was so hungry I just put up with it. Im never going back to that location ever again

By far the worst cava Ive ever been to. I get to at night, and they are so picky over everything. Im not looking for a snack bowl Im looking for a good meal I can eat after a long day. Every cava I go to lets me pick how ever many sauces I want, and they pointed out that I can only chose two okay Um you guys close soon, how many people will you feed by then and how much waste are you saving. Its was this Hispanic lady with glasses. Theres no such thing as extra pita chips in here either. Her attitude was so bad I lost my appetite. I see them walking to their cars right now, no wonder they were rushing me. They put importance to closing early than respecting customers. I get it tho, something must be wrong with their PH levels from working there for so long they are going to obviously act sour.
