I completed a GC journey with ART in 2020. They were great to work with, always quick to answer my questions, very friendly. I had zero issues and my journey was very smooth! I would be working with them for my 2nd journey, but when I began to re-apply in 2022, they basically didn't want to work with me unless I was covid vaccinated, which I will not do. I understand and respect their views, so I moved on. :)

On the surface, choosing Artparenting may seem like a good choice, but we had an unsafe and stressful journey with the agency. They have little to no case management so when the surrogate the agency found stopped following doctor's orders and even stopped responding to our calls/emails, Meryl and her team were useless. Their surrogate recruitment and screening is poor, but most importantly, you end up doing most of the case management throughout the experience. My son was born prematurely and in the NICU as a result.

Meryl and Julie have been so helpful through the whole thing and after. They are always very prompt getting back to me answering all my questions. They did a great job matching me up with the most amazing intended parents. The entire experience was so wonderful and I can't wait to work with them again!
