        The facility looks clean, and the staff was kind. However, the only thing I can complain about is the wait time. I spent an hour in the waiting room, and no one had the courtesy to check in with me to let me know about the delay. I finally had to come out of the waiting room and ask how much longer it would take. I understand they were busy, but patients should not be made to wait that long, especially if they are seeking urgent care for pain or illness.

        The PA I saw was excellent! I did have an issue with one of the women who checked me in. She was needlessly rude from the moment I stepped in the door. She was also rude to the next fellow who came in.

        This is our third visit and each time the service was phenomenal. From check-In, to the interaction with the nurse, to the care and diagnosis from the doctor, we felt seen and heard. Each visit was dynamic and we left with gratefulness and the assurance that we were on the road to recovery.
