        I love this building so much. Not only is this building property beautiful but the leasing office and staff is the absolute best. Maria and Yolanda the 2 most hospitable and kind people working at the leasing office. Everyone here does such a great job of making you feel welcomed, always helping to resolve issues with the upmost grace and kindness. Not only is the leasing office great, amenities are excellent, but the staff working around the building is so lovely. A gem of a community! You wont regret calling this place home

        Recently stayed at The Perry guest suite visiting family and had a wonderful experience! The suite and property was clean, comfortable, and convenient. The manager, Jas, was very helpful and accommodating during the check-in process and during our stay! Will definitely be back when visiting our family.

        The Perry has been a great place to live and has been improving ever since our new building manager, Jas, arrived. The units themselves are clean, updated, and modern. Plus, they just updated the pool deck and outdoor grill areas. The building also has lots of dogs, is in a very convenient location, and the life guard is super nice. Highly recommend The Perry.

        I have lived in the Perry for over six years and cant say enough good things about the staff and the way they run the Perry. Anna and Richard both do a fantastic job. The Perry is kept spotless and is a place you would be proud to show people. The amenities are great, fabulous gym, party room, computer room, swimming pool etc. You cant beat the location in Park Potomac, walk out your door and you have loads of restaurants and Harris Teeter grocery store. If you are looking for a great place to rent The Perry has it all!!!!!!
