      image Customer support staff are extremely disrespectful and rude. Will never be going back unless the entirety of the customer support staff are fired.

      image Customer service is abysmal. Can't even put in a phone number. Then tells Customer to go to Customer service to have them fix the issue. Reported to a "manager " who couldn't have cared less. Go to Tractor Supply. This particular Lowes has incompetent employees who response is to inconvenience customer. Retrain or release the incompetent ones. Clean up this store. Terrible experience
