Don't stay here. If I could give zero stars I would. Front desk staff all rude. Heat didn't work in rooms. Was offered a heater. Management rude. Nails on floor. Worst stay ever.

Great space except at 8am they had a lawn mower making noise around the pool outside. When I called the front desk to complain instead of taking care of it they denied there was a lawnmower going. Ill never stay here again with service like this. Rooms: Rooms were nice

My wife and I have been staying at this hotel for years and the accommodations were just OK but it was near where we needed to be whenever we went to Baltimore. The parking lot does not feel safe at all and there are signs warning you that they are not responsible for theft from items in your car which leads you to believe that there's a good chance that your stuff will be stolen. Not a good feeling, they recently renovated the hotel in my opinion not well done hallways are cold, but clean lobby is not inviting. rooms were updated which is nice but my room had a smashed mirror which is unusual. When I told the front desk about it they didn't seem surprised or offer if I wanted a different room. There was also splatters of paint all over which shows you that they did just a basic job to make it look better , the worst part of it is they almost doubled the price of the room to pay for their renovations and who needs new carpet if you're paying double the price that's wrong also originally I was charged $170 and then I got a charge of $191 On my card without any explanation when confronting the front desk, they said, oh that's extra for incidentals without any further explanation just doesn't seem right with me. This place is substandard and should be removed from the Hilton name because it's not like other Hilton's that we have stayed at.

I was interested in part time employment here to help save for my wedding next year. I called to check in to speak with a supervisor. The front staff was very accommodating letting me know times to touch bases with her. Once reaching the front end supervisor Jae I was met with a very different tone. She was very short and unpleasant. Almost as if she didnt have the courtesy time for a decent conversation or as if I was a burden to her. It was not a pleasant experience for someone who initially was interested due to the etiquette of the hotel. They were hiring but I dont have Hilton experience so she wanted nothing to do with me although I have 15 years of customer service experience. Which is fine but its a way to go about it. I wonder had I been a guest would she have had a different demeanor. Either way you should treat people with dignity and respect 100% of the time. As a Human Resources professional in my full-time work, I would never want any of my staff to feel as dismissive as I did speaking to Jae. After my experience I wouldnt want to work here or even stay here.

Hilton garden Inn, had the most important thing to me, when I'm not home, it must be clean !!!!! Hilton garden Inn , was clean . I loved that. Keep up the good work Walkability: As. We came into the opening, I looked carefully for chip cement. Falling is not my friend. There was Not one chip, carpet was clean, That's extremely important to me
